Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Foudre AI (“Foudre”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Closed beta
Foudre is provided as a free, invitation-only closed beta. Features, coverage, and availability may change or be withdrawn at any time, and the service may contain errors or be interrupted. Access is personal to your account and may not be shared.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at [email protected].
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or usage caps;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs at scale;
- reverse-engineer the pipeline or extract the underlying scoring schema;
- use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
5. Intellectual property
Foudre, its scoring schema, models, and software are owned by Foudre AI. The bundled climate data is subject to its own licences (see the Copernicus attribution in the footer and our data documentation). You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide and improve the service.
6. Testing phase — no validity or reliance
Foudre is in active testing and development. The data, scores, reports, and any other output it produces are provisional, may be incomplete, unverified, or wrong, and have no validity, warranty, or binding effect of any kind. They are provided for evaluation only and must not be relied upon for any commercial, financial, operational, or other decision.
More generally, Foudre produces probabilistic, decision-support estimates from climate, terroir, and public-web signals. Output is provided “as is”, is not financial, investment, or professional advice, and you are responsible for independently verifying anything before acting on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Foudre AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory consumer law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the in-app feedback form. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms or threatens the integrity of the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foudre AI, the operator of the service, is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. The specific governing law and venue will be set out here once finalised.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
